Employees Recognize Bulgaria’s Top Employers for 2024 in an Independent Online Ranking

This is the third Bulgarian edition of the annual ranking from the international platform Kaderabotim.bg, which highlights key employers across various economic sectors based on their relationships with employees.

The international career platform Kaderabotim.bg has released the third edition of its ranking of the most popular employers in Bulgaria. “Top Employers Bulgaria” is currently the only independent ranking in the country entirely based on employee reviews. This year’s top three include Praktiker Bulgaria, Tavex, and Technopolis Bulgaria. The initiative serves as an objective tool for evaluating the efforts companies make to improve working conditions and build their employer brand.

The ranking follows a transparent and reliable methodology, relying on genuine employee feedback. 70% of the overall score is based on ratings of general satisfaction, while 30% comes from evaluations across five key criteria:

1. Salary and benefits

2. Career development opportunities

3. Work-life balance

4. Management

5. Company culture and values

Only companies with a minimum of 30 employee reviews on the platform are included.

The 2024 ranking reflects feedback submitted between November 16, 2023, and October 31, 2024.

This year marks the third edition of the ranking in Bulgaria and Moldova, as well as the fourth in Greece and Hungary. Romania, celebrating the initiative’s tenth anniversary, is a pioneer. In Romania, the ranking is widely recognized by employers and employees alike, inspiring both online and offline employer directories and a dedicated conference.

Based on the 2024 Bulgarian ranking, an online catalog of the top 50 employers in the country will be created for the first time. It will be officially published in February 2025.
