For one of our clients – a top worldwide provider of customer experience technology and
solutions, we are searching for tech-savvy, communicative and determined decision-makers
for the role of Tier 3 Support Technician with German of French and English (Hybrid & Standard shifts).
Essential Responsibilities:
* Provide expert support to field engineers, technicians, and product support teams to
diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair renewable energy systems;
* Assist sellers and homeowners during and after system installation, ensuring a smooth
process from start to finish;
* Troubleshoot installation issues remotely via phone, email, and live chat to resolve
problems efficiently;
* Document customer interactions in our CRM, ensuring follow-up and case resolution;
* Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support or Team Lead when necessary;
* Achieve team and individual performance metrics, including response times and resolution
rates.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in German or French and English, with strong communication skills;
* Previous experience in Technical Support, Electronics, or Electrical Support;
* Detail-oriented with a knack for creating clear and concise technical support reports;
* Ability to ask effective questions and analyze complex data to diagnose issues accurately;
* Confidence in resolving issues independently before escalating when needed;
* Strong decision-making abilities, with a solution-focused mindset to delight customers.
