For one of our clients – multinational information technology consulting company, we are
searching for a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for customer service for the role of
Technical Support Specialist  (German and English) – Fully Remote. Ready to make a

What You’ll Do:
* Provide top-notch support to B2B customers via phone, chat, and email;
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile
phones, routers, and Microsoft Office applications;
* Offer level 1 resolutions while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in German and English (minimum LV B2-C1 for both);
* Experience: Previous customer/technical support experience (at least 6 months);
* Availability: Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment;
* Team-player attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
