Team Manager for Game Show Presenters (day/night shifts)

For one of our clients – an international company, leading game developer providing player-
favourites to the most successful global brands in the iGaming industry, we
are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Team Manager for Game
Show Presenters (day/night shifts).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Supervise the team, ensuring adherence to company policies and handling absence,
disciplinary, and grievance issues;
*Drive team performance, contributing to organizational goals through training and
development initiatives;
*Regularly coach and mentor team members, fostering personal and professional growth;
*Ensure all services align with company values, policies, procedures, and KPIs;
*Foster teamwork by supporting communication and organizing regular team meetings;
*Identify team and individual learning needs and collaborate with the training department to
address them.

Requirements:
*At least 1 year in a similar role, preferably in iGaming or Live Casino;
*Strong communication, leadership, and conflict management abilities;
*Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
*Proficient in Office 365 and other essential software;
*Willingness to work in shifts – day and night;
*Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
*A degree in Management is a plus and previous experience in iGaming or Live Casinois a plus.
