We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Officer for their Sofia office

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on Bulgarian hires as well as international assignments. They will collaborate together with the HR team based in Luxembourg and they will be willing to regularly travel to Luxembourg.

The Talent Acquisition Officer will have the following responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: from identification of need to candidate intake (publishing job ads, interview process, administrative intake)
Sourcing of candidates
Contribution to the employer branding and internal communication activities
Administrative support to the whole HR team

Required skills

2-3 years’ experience in recruitment (recruitment agency or internal) – experience recruiting financial profiles is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills
Autonomy, flexibility, pro-activity with can do attitude
Strong motivation to work in a quickly growing, dynamic and challenging environment
Interest in social media and internal communication. Knowledge of Canva is a plus
Willingness to regularly travel to Luxembourg
