dedicated individuals for the role of Senior Service Desk Specialist with German and
English (Hybrid and Standard working time).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality service to key stakeholders (customers, suppliers, employees,
executives, regulatory bodies) and maintain strong relationships;
* Ensure compliance with policies (approvals, financial guidelines) and complete daily tasks
as per agreed schedule and procedures;
* Handle inquiries professionally in the customer’s local language via phone and email;
* Identify root causes of Accounts Payable and Purchase Order issues;
* Collaborate with departments to resolve problems;
* Log and track inquiries, ensuring all relevant information is recorded;
* Support Team Leads and Manager in process improvements and projects.
Requirements:
* 2+ years in STP, Accounts Payable, or Service Desk roles within a multinational or shared
services environment;
* Proficiency in managing records/data via computerized systems;
* Ability to assess and escalate issues as needed;
* Fluency in German and English language;
* Team-player attitude and proactive approach to work;
* Dedicated to top-notch customer service.
