Senior PL-SQL and SQL Developer

For their office in Bulgaria, we are searching for an experienced Senior PL-SQL and SQL Developer to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to understand clients’ business challenges and technologies to provide tailored database solutions;
- Design and develop custom integrations, migrations, and custom solution jobs based on client requirements;
- Analyze client requirements and create comprehensive technical designs for complex implementations;
- Monitor and audit datasets to ensure data integrity and develop data fixes or remediation patches as needed;
- Take responsibility for the development and optimization of custom/product reports;
- Perform detailed performance analysis and tuning of procedures/queries to ensure maximum efficiency;
- Collaborate with business analysts, quality assurance, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions;
- Support integration, migration, and reporting testing processes, including volume testing and test automation;
- Stay updated on company supported systems and products, continuously improving integration/migration mechanisms into and out of IPM as well as custom solutions;
- Mentor and supervise junior developers, guiding them in best practices for database development and reporting;
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Advanced skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, with a strong focus on complex implementations;
- 5+ years of experience in database programming using PL/SQL, including SQL tuning and optimization;
- Expertise in report development and data analysis, with strong design and documentation skills;
- Excellent analytical skills and business-oriented thinking, with the ability to work under tight schedules;
- Fluency in English is a must; Fluency in French is a plus;
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend is a plus. Experience with IBM Integration Tool Kit preferred;
- Experience in Oracle EBS modules (AP, AR, GL) and their integration APIs is a plus.;
- Knowledge of JasperSoft report development is a plus;
- Knowledge of GLUE, RESHIFT and PY SPARK is a plus.;
- Experience with test automation and supervising junior developers is a plus;
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage projects, mentor team members, and drive results.;
