Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients through the registration process
- Engage proactively with new client leads and convert them into active customers
- Gather and analyze client information to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Effectively communicate the company’s services to prospective clients
- Provide comprehensive support and guidance to clients as needed
- Establish and maintain client relationships, primarily through phone communication
- Display strong motivation in achieving both company and individual goals
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Strong presentation, negotiation skills, and a high standard of professionalism
- Computer proficiency
