We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our client’s team in the security and protection industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects related to safety and security systems (e.g., fire alarms, video surveillance, anti-burglary systems)
- Collaborate with sales representatives to design complete, functional, and optimal solutions for security systems
- Define project pricing and prepare investment estimates
- Work closely with partners (electricians, system integrators, low current designers) to ensure seamless project implementation
- Monitor project progress, identify critical points, and report accordingly
- Assist in commissioning and training partners when needed
- Manage project documentation and maintain clear communication with colleagues and partners, both locally and internationally
Requirements:
- Vocational education in a technical field
- Knowledge of technical security systems (fire alarms, video surveillance, anti-burglary systems)
- Previous experience in project coordination within the security industry at least 2+ years
- Ability to organize, coordinate, and communicate effectively with team members and clients
- High level of responsibility, independence, proactivity, and flexibility
- Knowledge of AutoCAD tools is desirable but not mandatory
- Category B driver’s license and willingness to travel for business
- Strong interest in new technologies and continuous learning
