Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze various product groups and participate in the development of product strategy and portfolio management.

  • Conduct research and data analysis on product positioning, pricing, performance, sales forecasts, and performance reviews.

  • Collect information about competitors, including product portfolios and pricing levels.

  • Collaborate with different departments to plan, implement, and develop product strategies.

  • Work on projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.

  • Create reliable forecasts for upcoming campaigns to achieve sales targets.

  • Assist in preparing monthly performance reports, regularly select products for periodic trade brochures, and support the team in presenting products both online and offline.

  • Initiate, coordinate, and assign necessary marketing activities to the marketing department to promote and establish the products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in retail or FMCG industries.

  • University degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and excellent organizational skills.

  • Analytical and results-oriented mindset with the ability to process and analyze data effectively.

  • Capability to analyze large amounts of information reliably.

  • Strong skills in creating clear and concise reports and forecasts.

  • Experience in standardizing and digitalizing reporting processes.

  • Computer literacy – proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel).

  • Experience with various sales forecast models.
