For one of our clients – a world-renowned company, providing IT and business consulting
services, we’re searching for people-oriented, driven and skilled individuals for the role of
Order-to-Cash Team Coordinator with French and English.

Essential Duties:
* Handling client concerns regarding team performance or service levels;
* Serving as the senior SME, consistently offering guidance and insights to help the team
succeed;
* Managing a team of Finance Operations Specialists, continuously providing coaching,
training, and support to ensure high performance;
* Overseeing operational deliverables, ensuring adherence to turnaround times (TAT), and
maintaining accuracy while managing inquiries based on agreed metrics.;
* Producing and managing daily and monthly SLA/KPI reports to track performance and
business metrics
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and leading initiatives for
transformation.

Requirements:
* Demonstrate excellent command of both French and English (written and verbal);
* Good communication, issue resolution, and collaboration abilities;
* Proven experience in team management and coordination is a must;
* Background in Order Management, Master Data Management, Accounts Receivable,
Billing, Accounting/Accounts Payable, or Logistics is required.
