To support their ambitious growth, the company is seeking an Operations Manager to act as a vital partner to the CEO in Varna. This leadership role will balance recruitment expertise with operational excellence, ensuring seamless processes that drive business success.

 

Role Overview:

The Operations Manager will focus on two core areas:

  1. Recruitment: Lead and optimize the sourcing of skilled professionals, ensuring alignment with the company’s high-quality standards and international requirements.
  2. Operational Management: Oversee compliance, administrative functions, and logistical coordination to enhance efficiency and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Drive recruitment strategies for technical roles such as welders, fitters, insulators, and electricians, with a primary focus on Bulgaria, Romania, and new regions.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline to support global projects.
  • Ensure all hires meet international certification standards.

Operational Management:

  • Manage compliance matters, including GDPR, legal requirements, and international social security.
  • Oversee onboarding, work permits, insurance, and contract preparation.
  • Evaluate and improve internal administrative processes for efficiency.

Organizational Development:

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Act as a bridge between the recruitment team and other company departments.
  • Develop workflows to streamline recruitment and operational processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment and/or operations, ideally in international environments.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Bulgarian and English.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cultural competence. Familiarity with technical industries is an advantage.
