Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, player acquisition, and retention.
- Manage campaigns across digital, social media, affiliate, and influencer marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, design, operations) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Optimize performance through A/B testing, KPI tracking, and data analysis.
- Oversee branding, content creation, and messaging to ensure consistency.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, affiliates, and partners.
- Stay updated on iGaming industry regulations and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing within the iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, CRM, and affiliate marketing.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel for events and meetings when necessary.
