Marketing & Communication Manager

The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, support the sales team in achieving its targets, and communicate the unique value proposition in the Bulgarian market. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who can work independently to align local marketing initiatives with the broader objectives of Reynaers Aluminium. The candidate will serve as the primary liaison between Reynaers Aluminium’s global marketing team and the Bulgarian market, ensuring local strategies complement global marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with corporate goals and cater to the specific needs of the Bulgarian market.
2. Drive brand awareness through various marketing channels.
3. Support the sales team in achieving its targets by aligning marketing activities with sales objectives and lead generation.
4. Formulate and communicate the unique value proposition to the target audience.
5. Ensure alignment of local marketing initiatives with broader corporate objectives.
6. Act as the primary liaison between Reynaers Aluminium’s global marketing team and the Bulgarian market.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the Bulgarian market across various channels (digital, print, events) that support the growth and brand positioning of Reynaers Aluminium (& Forster Steel) in Bulgaria.
2. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with sales objectives and lead generation.
3. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
4. Conduct market research to understand local market dynamics, stakeholder and customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
5. Foster strong relationships with local media, industry stakeholders, and potential partners to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
6. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications within the Bulgarian market.
7. Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring investments are aligned with strategic priorities and adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed objectives.

Strategic Thinking – Ability to develop strategic marketing plans that align with company objectives and market needs.
Effective Communication and Relationship Building – Excellent communication skills to convey brand messages and build strong relationships with customers, media, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
Creativity and Innovation – Creativity in developing engaging marketing campaigns and the ability to innovate within industry standards.
Digital Marketing Proficiency – In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Project Management – Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Adaptability – Ability to adapt to changing market trends and business needs, maintaining a proactive approach to marketing strategy.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or management position.
3. Experience in the architectural, construction, or related industries is a plus.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, marketing software, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
