For one of our clients – an industry-leading, award-winning casino game provider and software development company, committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and immersive gaming experiences, we are looking for – Live Studio Operations Manager (day/night shifts).

Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise daily operations, ensuring peak performance and guiding Team Managers effectively;
*Develop and execute strategies to enhance processes and drive operational efficiency;
*Lead, inspire, and support teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration;
*Establish and maintain high-quality standards across teams, workflows, and projects;
*Analyze performance through KPIs and data-driven insights to optimize results;
*Plan and oversee key projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless execution.

Candidate Requirements:
*At least 2 years of proven experience in leadership roles, successfully managing high-
performing teams;
*Strong decision-making abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
*Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
*Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent mix of education, training, and hands-on experience;
*Experience in iGaming or Live Casino is a plus but not essential.
