Key Responsibilities:

- Manage key stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing to candidate screening and interview coordination

- Identify and engage high-caliber talent through diverse channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks

- Foster strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment delivery

- Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies

 

Qualifications and Experience:

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment or related HR functions

- Passionate about Human Resources with a proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks

- Meticulous attention to detail with a client-centric mindset

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline

- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
