For one of our clients – a giant operating world-wide and providing a wide variety of services
in the BPO field, we are looking for bright, well-mannered and adaptable people for the role
of Help-Desk Representative with German or Norwegian and English (6h or 4h PTE option available).
Essential Responsibilities:
* Be the there for the customers, tackling their questions and issues through tickets or calls;
* Listen with care, identify the best solutions, and provide top-notch support;
Guide customers through processes while ensuring they have a fantastic experience;
* Collaborate as a team player to foster a positive and energetic work atmosphere;
* Spot trends in issues and common questions, and share your insights with your supervisor.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Norwegian or German, plus a solid command of English;
* Team-oriented and ready to lend a hand and contribute to team success;
* Exceptional listening and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers empathetically;
* Familiarity with iOS and Android features, and a thirst for knowledge about tech;
* A friendly attitude and a passion for providing the best service and results.
