Our client is a leader in the manufacturing and sales of electric and manual tools with over 30 years of experience in the market. The company has patented and developed own brands, and is also an official representative of a number of established international brands on the Bulgarian market. With its headquarters in Sofia, and warehouses in two other major cities, our client employes over 200 people. The company is also active in international markets, operating in Romania, Greece, North Macedonia, Gerogia and Portugal, with plans to further expand its export base. The company offers a wide range of products and comprehensive after-sales service, with key partners including leading retail chains such as Mr. Bricolage, Praktiker, and HomeMax. Additionally, the company manages two stores in Bulgaria, where B2C customers can purchase directly. They are currently looking to bring on board a Head of Digitalization, who will be responsible for managing their IT team and digitalization project management. Head of Digitalization
 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Leads and coordinates the activities of the specialists in the team, ensuring effective allocation of tasks and resources.
  • Assists the team in acquiring new skills and competencies.
  • Develops a strategy for the implementation, maintenance and optimization of ERP systems, digital solutions and hardware infrastructure.
  • Manages and coordinates projects related to implementation and/or optimization of ERP systems, digitization of processes, hardware and software integration.
  • Plans the development of the information system in accordance with the changing business processes in the company and their implementation.
  • Analyzes current processes and systems in order to identify opportunities for improvements and optimization through the implementation of new modules and integration with external applications.
  • Ensures continuous operation of ERP systems through maintenance and updates.
  • Automates reporting through Business Intelligence (Power BI).

Requirements:  
  • University Degree in Economics or IT.
  • 5+ years of previous experience on a similar position. 
  • Experience with implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O ideally or a similar ERP. 
  • Experience with leading a team and/or projects.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Proficiency in MS Office. 
  • Excellent English language skills.
