For one of our clients – a multinational offering technology and consulting services, we are
searching for a friendly, tech-savvy and driven problem solver for the role of German
Speaking Tech-Support Agent (Remote).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional support to B2B clients through phone, chat, and email channels;
* Identify and resolve technical issues involving laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile
devices, routers, and Microsoft Office applications;
* Provide Level 1 solutions while maintaining a professional and supportive approach;
* Forward more complex cases to the responsible teams;
* Working closely with others and cultivating good relationships and supportive work atmosphere.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English (minimum Level B2-C1 for both);
* A minimum of 6 months in customer or technical support is required;
* Strong team collaboration skills and drive to do well;
* Effective problem-solving capabilities and eagerness to learn new skills;
* Willingness to work in a 24/7 shifts schedule.
