For one of our clients – a company specializing in residential development – we are looking
for an Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Manage and update payment schedules on a weekly and monthly basis;
*Maintain accurate financial records and track outstanding receivables in relevant accounts;
*Prepare documents for notarial procedures and attend transactions to ensure legal
compliance;
*Oversee cadastral and tax registration for properties, ensuring all documents are submitted
and compliant;
*Manage contracts, tracking deadlines and payment schedules to ensure timely execution;
*Set up new project entities to support company growth and expansion;
*Maintain and organize construction project documentation for future reference and audits.

Requirements:
*Excellent organizational skills with the ability to structure and manage documentation efficiently;
*Self-sufficient with a strong ability to independently handle multiple tasks, ensuring all
responsibilities are met efficiently and on time;
*High fluency in written and spoken English for effective communication across all levels;
*Previous experience in real estate development or construction is highly valued;
* Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all responsibilities.
