Customer Relations Manager
For our client, a company in the financial services sector, specializing in trading various financial instruments, we are looking for professional to join their expanding team on the position:
Customer Relations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the customer service team to ensure high-quality interaction with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, in-person).
- Continuously monitoring risks and effectiveness of mitigation strategies. Reporting on risk status and any incidents to senior management.
- Assess the identified risks to determine their potential impact and likelihood.
- Identify potential risks that could affect customer satisfaction and business operations, operational risks, and compliance risks.
- Preparing of all essential inhouse reports.
- Leading and mentoring the customer service team, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement training programs for the customer service team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Business or Computer Sciences
- Experience in the Forex industry.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Excellent English skills plus other language (Japanese/Spanish/German/French)
- MS Excel – excellent knowledge
