role of Customer Care Specialist with German and English (Hybrid).
Essential Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly;
* Providing in-depth information on products and services, emphasizing their unique features
and benefits;
* Understanding customer needs and offering personalized advice to help them select the
right product;
* Scheduling appointments and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction;
* Achieving and surpassing customer service and sales goals set by management.
Requirements:
* Fluency in written and spoken German (C1) and English (B2) is essential;
* Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is desired;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to persuade and negotiate in a positive, customer-friendly manner;
* Skilled in identifying customer needs and offering tailored product recommendations;
* High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.
