Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Solve issues and answer questions through tickets or calls;
* Listen carefully and provide tailored solutions to each customer’s needs;
* Walk customers through processes to ensure a great experience every time;
* Report on common issues and frequently asked questions;
* Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to a positive work vibe.
Requirements:
* Friendly, clear, and positive approach with customers;
* A drive to help and deliver the best experience;
* Fluent in Hungarian with solid English skills;
* Ready to support teammates and work well in a team setting;
* Basic familiarity with operating systems is a plus.
