For one of our clients – a company working with some of the biggest broadcasting and
telecommunications projects on the market, we are looking for driven and bright people for
the role of Customer and Tech Care Representative with English (Hybrid).
What You'll Be Doing:
* Daily contact with end users of products and services;
* Providing feedback and support to customers after requests or case resolutions;
* Keeping our database up-to-date with your super-efficient activities;
* Using specialized software to manage queries and support our systems.
What We're Looking For:
* English language at B2 level;
* Excellent communication skills and a positive, responsive approach;
* Bonus points for previous experience in customer service or communications;
* Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment;
* A high level of self-discipline, confidentiality, and precision;
* Ability to prioritize, manage time, and work well in a team;
* Strong computer literacy – MS Office skills are a must.
