Grove Global Consult is a consulting and recruitment agency providing strategic consulting services to the private business sector worldwide.
We are seeking a skilled CRM - Marketing and Affiliates professional to join our client’s team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor data flow patterns to identify high-value, low-quality, or fraudulent traffic and take proactive actions.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Managers to adjust campaigns and prioritize high-performing affiliates.
• Analyze sales performance, identify low-success campaigns or affiliates, and work with Onboarding and Dialer Managers for improvements.
• Dynamically reallocate leads to agents with better performance metrics.
• Ensure accurate tracking of callbacks and lead statuses, such as 'Pending' or 'Completed.'
• Establish feedback loops with Affiliate Managers for campaign optimization.
• Provide frequent updates and insights to management on emerging trends and agent-specific performance metrics.
• Generate cross-departmental reports with actionable recommendations for Sales and Marketing.
• Identify and address risks, such as drops in traffic quality or low engagement, while spotting opportunities like spikes in conversion rates.
• Serve as the communication link to align strategies across Sales, Affiliate Management, and Marketing departments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CRM, marketing, or affiliate management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Experience with affiliate campaign management and sales performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills to align strategies across departments.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization.
• Problem-solving skills to address risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
