Grove Global Consult, a top-tier consulting and recruitment agency, is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Compliance Manager to join one of our prestigious clients specializing in payment consulting for subscription-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Audit & Verification:

  • Conduct pre-launch audits to ensure client websites comply with Visa/Mastercard regulations and PSP guidelines.
  • Work closely with clients’ technical and commercial teams to identify and resolve compliance gaps.
  • Prepare audit reports and provide tailored recommendations.

Ongoing Compliance Monitoring:

  • Oversee weekly compliance testing to ensure continued adherence to regulations.
  • Analyze test results, implement corrective actions, and coordinate with the compliance team.

    Regulatory Monitoring & Client Support:
  • Stay up to date with changes in Visa/Mastercard regulations and PSP requirements.
  • Inform clients about new compliance standards and assist in necessary adjustments.
  • Develop communication materials (guides, newsletters) to keep clients informed.

 Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Analyze payment acceptance rates and identify compliance-related issues affecting approval rates.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize payment flows and enhance acceptance rates.

 Team Management:

  • Supervise a compliance team member, ensuring efficiency and professional growth.
  • Organize and monitor team activities to adapt to market changes effectively.

 
Your Profile:

  •  Experience: Minimum 2 years in a compliance role (payments, e-commerce, financial services).
  •  Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Visa/Mastercard standards, PSP requirements, PCI-DSS, PSD2.
  •  Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess compliance risks and optimize payment processes.
  •  Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong client-facing and internal coordination skills.
  •  Languages: Fluent English required. French is a plus; Bulgarian is an advantage.
  •  Autonomy & Precision: Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work proactively.
