Our client is a rapidly expanding international company specializing in unique services for inspecting and cleaning ventilation systems for industrial, commercial, and business premises. With years of experience and expertise gained from their global structure, they have been the only provider of such services in Bulgaria for more than 2 years now. As part of their growth strategy, they are looking for a proactive Business Development professional to join them in the mission of improving the air quality men breathe through promoting their portfolio of services and expanding their local presence. Business Development Representative


Responsibilities:

  • Generate new B2B opportunities through cold calling, networking, and scheduling meetings with potential clients;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business decision-makers in various industries, including construction, hospitality, health, production, corporate, etc.;
  • Support the growth of the company by expanding its customer base and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients;
  • Collaborate with technical teams to conduct system inspections and present service reports to business clients;
  • Manage client accounts, provide follow-ups, and promote additional services, including long-term maintenance agreements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred;
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer relations, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with top-level executives and facility managers;
  • Initiative-driven and capable of working independently to achieve targets; experience in HVAC is not required but would be an advantage;
  • Fluency in English.
