For one of our clients - a distinguished company specializing in premium, groundbreaking CX
and digital solutions that drive fearless businesses toward success, we are looking for – Basic
Technical Support Specialist with German and English.

Responsibilities:
*Customer oriented, deliver first-level IT support by addressing fundamental hardware,
software, and network-related issues;
*Identify and troubleshoot challenges related to Point of Sale (POS) and logistics systems,
escalating complex cases when needed;
*Maintain and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights securely and efficiently;
*Respond to general technical inquiries while ensuring that more complex issues are referred
to senior team members;
*Accurately log, track, and follow up on support requests through a ticketing system to
guarantee timely resolutions;
*Provide clear, professional, and effective communication while ensuring a high level of
customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
*Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and very good English;
*A strong customer-oriented attitude with a passion for providing support and assistance;
*Problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset;
*Previous technical knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory – comprehensive training will
be provided;
*A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively as part of a team;
*A positive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn approach to new challenges.
