Our client is an innovative and fast-growing international data-driven company, which focuses on a variety of data intelligence solutions for their clients around the world – data search & discovery, data governance, data stewardship, analytics, and digital transformation.

To better support their international clients, they are expanding their remote team in Bulgaria and are looking for an experienced Application Administrator. This role will focus on administration and optimisations of several critical self-service platforms (mainly Salesforce Experience Cloud, but also Higher Logic, MadCap Flare, Cornerstone) which serve to provide documentation, online community support, training, and other knowledge resources. The goal is to deliver a comprehensive guide and digital companion for using their data solutions. The person on the role will be also engaged with user identity, single sign-on solutions and will support UI customazations and developments, ensuring seamless experience access across integrated systems. It is a fully remote role for Bulgaria. Application Administrator (Salesforce Experience Cloud) – Fully Remote


Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations and performance of Salesforce Experience Cloud, MadCap Flare, Cornerstone, and Higher Logic.
  • Oversee user permissions, access control, and Single Sign-On (SSO) workflows.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate knowledge sources and third-party tools, automating processes across applications.
  • Provide troubleshooting and system issue resolution for internal and external users.
  • Support UI developments and maintain user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure data governance and accuracy across platforms.
  • Monitor system performance, leveraging data insights to recommend improvements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business application administration or a similar role.
  • Experience with Salesforce Cloud products (Experience Cloud would be a strong advantage)
  • Experience with implementing customer-facing portals and knowledge
  • Experience with API development and integrations.
  • Technical knowledge of Salesforce identity management and Single Sign-On (SSO) processes;
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Working knowledge of data catalogs, metadata tools, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Fluent English language.
