Job Description

• Provide extensive care to customers and resolving their queries
• Provide advise on the flights availability and packages
• Expanding our network of loyal customers
Have great command of German and English language
• Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude
• It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality
• Having previous experience in travel agency, airline reservations or similar role will be considered as an advantage
