Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key partners, affiliates, and B2B clients.
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth and retention. Act as the primary contact, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
- Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align client needs with business goals. Negotiate contracts, renewals, and commercial agreements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Provide regular reports and insights on account performance to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or partner relations within the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of casino, sportsbook, and affiliate marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Portuguese, Turkish) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
