As part of their newly established operations in Bulgaria, they are currently looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the architectural vision and strategy across front-end teams delivering innovative digital solutions for a leading European telecommunications company. The person in the role will be responsible for creating the architecture of Web and App platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. It is a fully remote position based in Bulgaria.

Web App Technical Architect
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural direction for front-end teams, ensuring solutions align with business needs and technical standards.
- Transform high-level architecture into detailed technical designs, incorporating both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work closely with product and business teams to finalize requirements and integrate them into the solution.
- Assess different technical options and document decisions using Architectural Decision Records (ADR).
- Advise engineering teams in selecting the best tools and evaluating multiple vendors to ensure the optimal tech stack.
- Define technical architecture for individual components, including Web, App, SSO, and eCommerce capabilities.
- Participate in design reviews to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
- Conduct risk assessments for new technologies to ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of React, React Native, and Node.js expertise.
- Hands-on experience working with Adobe Mar-Tech suite, including Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, etc.
- Deep understanding of headless, microservices-based, API-first, and event-based architecture.
- Extensive experience in Cloud Native SaaS and custom-built applications on Azure and AWS cloud infrastructures.
- Strong experience working with Open Technology and a wide range of enterprise technology landscapes.
- Proven ability to communicate design preferences to senior stakeholders with a clear, analytical approach.
- Familiarity with Agile working principles and experience with tools like Lucid, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- English language fluency.
