For one of our clients – а global business services provider focused on improving customer
engagement and boosting business outcomes for leading global brands, we are looking for
– Virtual Sports Assistance Specialist with German and English (Day or Later Shifts).

Responsibilities:
*Provide high-quality support to users of virtual sports platforms;
*Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally;
*Help users navigate through virtual sports games and betting systems;
*Ensure customer satisfaction by offering efficient and accurate solutions;
*Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while managing user concerns;
* Monitor and report any technical issues or system bugs to the development team for prompt
resolution.

Qualifications:
*Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written);
*Strong passion for virtual sports, gaming, and technology;
*Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
*Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer inquiries;
*Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
