For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer
experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech,
high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Vacation Advisor Helpdesk
Support with German or French and English.

Key Responsibilities:
*Assist customers with vacation planning, booking, and inquiries;
*Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner;
*Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure all queries are addressed efficiently;
*Manage customer feedback and provide insights to improve services;
*Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
*Proficiency in German or French and English (written and spoken);
*Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset;
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team;
*Previous experience in customer service or travel support is a plus, but not required;
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
