TELUS International Bulgaria is looking for passionate Trust & Safety Specialists for Supercell Account.
As a Supercell Trust & Safety Specialist, you’ll be on the front line of ensuring the safety of our fans and players from around the world. You’ll do this by having a deep understanding of our policies, and the intent behind those policies. You’ll use this understanding enforcing the Community & Safety Policy by responding to safety issues from users.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strong understanding of Safety Policy guidelines
- Maintain a strong connection to your market’s pop culture and current affairs
- Enforce Community and Safety Policy through moderation tasks
- Respond to Trust & Safety related support tickets
- Work with Trust & Safety Lead & Champion on escalations and in-game security incidents
- Support broader Trust & Safety projects
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Russian and English language
- 1+ years supporting an online/gaming community
- 1+ year experience in social media/game moderation
- Demonstrable understanding of current/pop culture within your language/market
- Comfortable working with issues of harm, self-harm, sexual abuse material, hate material, etc.
