For one of our clients – a multinational transport and logistics company providing complete
services in the field, we are on the lookout for communicative, organized and reliable people
for the role of Transport Operations Dispatcher with Turkish and English (Standard shifts).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Schedule drivers and assign routes according to their availability, location, and load needs;
* Design and improve delivery routes to ensure punctual deliveries;
* Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and support;
* Serve as a liaison between drivers, customers, and the logistics team to ensure smooth
operations;
* Ensure deliveries are on schedule and promptly address any delays or issues that arise;
* Track the real-time location of trucks and shipments using GPS and other tracking tools;
* Deliver exceptional customer service by updating clients on delivery statuses and
managing any potential delays.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in Turkish and English;
* Bulgarian language skills at a B1 level;
* Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities;
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and emails
simultaneously;
* Previous experience in logistics or transportation management is preferred but not required.
