Responsibilities:
Report, profile and when possible diagnose new product issues
Determine severity, frequency and work with Sales team to improve the client's offering
Manage ongoing prospecting and warm-calling potential clients within targeted areas
Document product changes, maintain online product support pages
Foster an online support community for the customers
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales at least 1 year
Proficiency in German
Excellent command in English
Comfortable in offering upgrades or new products to customers over email, chat and phone
