looking for bright, eager and customer-oriented people for the role of Technical Help Support with English (B2).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing basic to complex technical information via phone calls or email;
* Ensuring users understand and can follow, showing understanding and consideration for their issues;
* Offering technical assistance to users, on your own or via collaborating with colleagues;
* Constantly stiving to improve personal skillset and performance for better customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Great verbal and written skills in English (B2);
* In depth knowledge of PCs and operating systems;
* Customer-oriented and eager to improve and learn;
* Analytical thinker with a team player attitude.
