Their software development team has created an integration module, which enables the import, export, and transformation of data from and onto Energy Trade and Risk Management (ETRM) solutions such as Allegro, e.g. Besides being a product company they also support big organizations with the development and integration of specialized tools and platforms in the financial and energy industry. For their growing team, we are looking for an experienced professional for the role of a “Technical Business Analyst”. The person will be responsible for projects related to the integration of energy products & systems, migrations, digitalization, and product development within big Tier 1 – Tier 3 global companies.

Technical Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Identify significant challenges with a business's software or systems.
- Create functional requirements that outline the desired system behavior, and formulate technical requirements to guide the development process.
- Assist in defining business objectives, scope, and conduct root cause analysis to enhance process improvements.
- Work closely with the internal development team, contributing to the creation and enhancement of software products and customer-specific features.
- Evaluate and analyze the requirements, validate with the technical teams and developers and return a proposal for implementation and agree on the timelines.
- Create and execute test scenarios to make sure that the implemented functionalities work as expected and meet the customer‘s requirements.
- Bridge the gap between customers' requirements and developers' understanding, ensuring effective communication and alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in an IT field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the field of SDLC.
- Strong technical knowledge, including SQL, web services, and cloud experience.
- Familiarity with data formats (JSON, XML).
- Experience in supporting complex CRM or B2B systems.
- Experience with XML, JSON transformation languages (XSLT, JOLT) would be a plus.
- Knowledge of ETRM processes or Energy Systems would also be seen as advantageous.
- A detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple topics and clients.
- English language fluency.
