We are currently seeking a Team Leader VAD for one of our fast-growing clients in the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop the Value-Added Distribution (VAD) team in Bulgaria, focusing on strategic planning and optimizing resources
- Oversee a portfolio of products including Storages, Networking & Cyber Security, Servers, Power Solutions, Video Conferencing, and Dell EMC solutions
- Grow team competencies and drive performance to increase company revenue
- Translate company objectives into actionable strategies for the VAD team, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Foster team development through training and by staying ahead of industry trends, improving business acumen and communication skills
- Implement tools and processes to enhance team efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Drive customer sales projects involving the VAD team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the IT industry, with strong people management skills
- 10+ years of experience in IT or Solutions Selling, with in-depth technical expertise in Storages, Networking & Cyber Security, Servers, Power Solutions, and Video Conferencing
- Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, with strong decision-making and multitasking capabilities
- A positive, proactive leader with a collaborative mindset and a problem-solving attitude
- Proficiency in English is essential
