clients. We are searching for reliable, dynamic and bright team-players for the role of
Support Assistant with Norwegian or Danish and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling customer issues via phone, email, or chat and striving to solve them effectively;
* Understanding and addressing each customer's needs while hitting performance targets;
* Doing independent research to go above and beyond for customers, educating them on
self-service options;
* Juggling multiple systems to keep records up-to-date and accurate;
* Keeping financial transactions confidential and reporting system faults as needed;
* Supporting colleagues proactively, giving feedback, and helping the team grow.

Requirements:
* Comfortable communicating Norwegian or Danish (C1) and English (at least B2);
* Able to stay cool when dealing with tough customers;
* Quick to adapt to changes in products, processes, and tech;
* Reliable and responsible, good with time management and multitasking;
* Proficient in MS Office application use;
* Past experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.
