About this role: Customer Service Advisor
In this position, you will respond to inquiries from various countries through various channels, using our excellent translation tools to help find solutions to various problems. You will be able to work in an international environment with customers from different takeaway markets.
We rely on you to:
Communicating with customers through various channels (email and chat)
Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
updating information in our systems
Solving problems related to orders, menus, etc.
You strive for a high level of customer and partner satisfaction

What will you bring to the table?
Good command of the English language
Good computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team and adaptability
Ability to work in shifts (shifts vary Monday - Sunday, incl. national holidays, 09:30 - 23:30; 4 and 8 hours/shift)
Experience in a similar position is optional
