Our client is a rapidly growing tech company revolutionizing the on-demand delivery industry. They connect users with local businesses, ensuring efficient and seamless delivery of a wide range of products. They offer a dynamic work environment with excellent opportunities for professional growth. For their Sofia office, they are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to drive partner growth, oversee business performance, and sustain key relationships, with a focus on strategic planning, analytics and operational excellence, in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The position offers a hybrid working model and the person must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.


Strategy Manager (Key Accounts)


Responsibilities:
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key partners on C-level in the country by maintaining proactive and consistent communication and data-driven approach. 
  • Create and implement strategies to enhance partner growth through promotional negotiations, marketing initiatives, and improving metrics (e.g., sales, Average Order Value, Conversion Rate).
  • Take charge of partner performance, analyzing key KPIs to ensure their growth. Prepare and present reports and dashboards to partners for operational improvements.
  • Collect partner feedback and apply it to enhance products, marketing strategies, and operations. 
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by the company.
  • Work closely with colleagues in a collaborative environment that supports growth and development.

Requirements: 
  • At least 5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Consultancy.
  • Experience in delivering strategic consultancy with measurable business impact.
  • Ability to apply analytical skills for strategic decisions and performance metrics.
  • Experience in managing profit and loss statements to maximize profitability.
  • Proven capability to drive business growth and execute scalable strategies.
  • Skills in negotiating and managing partner relations for promotional success.
  • Fluent in English.
