For one of our clients – a multinational company operating in iGaming field, we’re looking for
determined and leadership-oriented Shuffle Team Supervisor. In this role, you'll oversee
and coordinate the activities of the Shufflers team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. You’ll play a key role in
refining team workflows, setting performance metrics, and fostering continuous improvement
within the department.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance and mentorship to team members;
* Oversee and support staff according to the company’s Policies and Procedures, handling
tasks like supervision, managing absences, and addressing disciplinary and grievance
matters;
* Foster strong team collaboration through effective communication and regular team
meetings;
* Identify and address the learning and development needs of both individuals and the team,
working alongside learning and development personnel;
Actively engage in learning and development initiatives to help achieve organizational goals;
* Ensure all services are delivered in alignment with core values, Policies and Procedures,
and KPI targets.

Requirements:
* Experience in the iGaming sector or a live casino environment is highly preferred;
* Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage issues effectively, demonstrated leadership
and mentoring abilities;
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Excellent time management and organizational skills;
* A degree in management or a related area is a plus;
* Proficient in PC applications, especially Office 365;
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and willingness to work on a shift
schedule.
