What do we offer you?
As a shovel operator ready for a new challenge, we offer you a dynamic environment where growth opportunities are prioritized. Your salary ranges from €16 to €18 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, there are shift bonuses for shovel operators working in shifts.
If shift work is performed, an additional allowance will be provided as follows:
- 10% for the morning shift
- 15% for the afternoon shift
- 20% for the night shift
In case of working in two shifts, the employer is permitted to pay an average bonus of 12.5% for both morning and afternoon shifts. Similarly, for working in three or more shifts, an average bonus of 15% can be paid for morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Who are you?

- Experience as a shovel operator
- Interest in the drying process and the ambition to grow into the operator role
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system during the drying season
- EU passport or permit

Our client operates in the agricultural sector in Drenthe. As a shovel operator, you’ll be involved in the entire process, from collecting green fodder to artificially drying it in Ruinerwold.
