Currently, they are looking for a highly motivated person for the position of
ServiceNow Developer
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software modules, business processes, and functionalities.
- Design and deliver consulting and technical methodologies for the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide software configuration and customization, including but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
- Work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, define ServiceNow requirements, and develop and configure the ServiceNow platform.
- Work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, define requirements, and develop and configure products and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot product and application issues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
- Good understanding of client and server APIs.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow core products in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, CMDB/Asset Management, Project/Resource Management.
- Good understanding of implementation methodologies/SDLC (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall) and ServiceNow development best practices.
- Practical experience and knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS/Bootstrap, XML, JSON, and Object-Oriented Programming. (Proficiency in other functional programming languages is considered a plus.)
- Practical experience and knowledge in relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL), SOAP, and REST, as well as AngularJS.
- Experience in working with and understanding third-party APIs and library documentation.
- Ability to generate detailed documentation, including technical and user guides.
- Comfortable communicating with Business Leaders/Stakeholders.
- Excellent English language skills.
