We are currently looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join their international Digital Experience team and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of digital assets across multiple countries. This role requires prior experience in the design of e-commerce websites, mobile applications, and/or B2C SaaS solutions, with a strong focus on enhancing customer interactions. Working closely with internal and external technical teams, product owners, digital service specialists, and data analysts, the UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging, streamlined, and user-friendly interfaces across the company's digital channels.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate throughout the design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and developer hand-off.
- Partner with product owners to align business goals with user needs, delivering intuitive and user-friendly experiences.

Requirements:
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital UX/UI design.
- Portfolio showcasing UX/UI design solutions, ideally including e-commerce websites and/or mobile application projects.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and aesthetics.
- Strong eye for aesthetics
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
- English language fluency (both written and verbal).
