Senior Facility Manager (Fixed term contract)

For one of our clients – facilities management company that provides innovative, technology-
driven workplace solutions tailored to modern businesses, we are looking for – Senior
Facility Manager (Fixed term contact).

Responsibilities:
*Oversee workspace operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with business needs;
*Develop and enforce workspace policies following global standards;
*Manage budgets and monitor expenditures for optimal cost control;
*Lead office relocation projects and support workplace initiatives;
*Supervise and optimize outsourced facility management services;
* Stakeholder and Key Stakeholder engagements in the location;
*Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations;
*Foster a productive and engaging work environment for employees.

Qualifications:
*Degree in Facilities, Property or Construction Management;
*Fluent in English – written and conversional;
*Professional certification (e.g., BIFM, NEBOSH, or IOSH) is preferred;
*At least 5 years of experience managing large corporate offices;
*Strong knowledge of building maintenance, construction, and real estate;
*Expertise in budgeting, procurement, and contract management;
*Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office.
