science-based agricultural financing, we are looking for motivated and responsible person for the position:
Senior Debt Recovery Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and administration of outstanding instalments;
- Communicating with clients who do not pay their instalments on time, by phone, email;
- Preparing and sending reminders for late paying clients;
- Collecting and forwarding documents to third parties for legal recovery;
- Communication with bailiff firms;
- Entering information relating to debts into the system.
Job requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in debt recovery;
- Knowledge of the debt recovery process;
- Responsibility, diligence, excellent communication skills;
- Ability to organize own work effectively;
- English language skills;
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector is an advantage.
