Security Operations Expert with German
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote services related to the company's clients' content (mail, web, cloud and proxy) or network (firewall, VPN und NAC) security.
- Analyze, communicate and resolve errors in clients' systems.
- Take over system installations, as well as planning and implementation of changes.
- Collaborate with technology experts to solve complex security operation problems.
- Engage cooperatively in a team, organized according to ITIL best practices.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Systems, Cybersecurity or another relevant field.
- At least three years of experience in a security operations or engineering role.
- Solid technological expertise in the field of content or network security.
- Experience with at least one of the security solutions from vendors like CheckPoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Cisco oder Zscaler.
- Excellent communications skills and eagernes to advance further in the cyber security domain.
- English and German language fluency.
